First of all, YAY! We are so excited to talk with you and get to be a part of this season. Simply fill out the form on our contact section, and we will be in touch to talk details and get your date locked in. We can’t wait!

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN WHEN I BOOK YOU? DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, we have two options that you can choose from! You can either put down 50% with your contract and pay the remaining balance two weeks prior to your big day, or you can be on a payment plan and we can break your payments into four separate payments and spread them out. We require that all balances are paid on the contract date and in full two weeks prior to your wedding day. To make it easy for you, your contract will have all payment due dates listed out for you so you’re never left guessing.

WHEN DO WE MAKE OUR WEDDING DAY TIMELINE?

We’ll create your wedding day photography timeline with you about 3-4 weeks before you're wedding date. It’ll have all the details you need to know as well as built in margin to ensure the smoothest day possible. We got you!

DO YOU NEED A VENDOR MEAL?

Yes! Two vendor meals, please (for your lead photographer and second shooter.) We make it easy and eat when the bride and groom are eating.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET AFTER MY WEDDING?

Our client galleries typically range from 600-1200 images. The number of images in in your gallery will vary depending on the number of hours booked, timeline, location(s), etc. Each photo in your gallery will be professionally edited prior to entering your gallery.

WHERE IS BE LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY BASED OUT OF? DO YOU TRAVEL?

We are based in Birmingham, AL but we’ll go wherever you’ll take us! We absolutely adore traveling and have shot all over the country and into Europe.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL I HAVE ON MY WEDDING DAY?

Two! You’ll have one Be Light lead photographer as well as a second shooter. We love having another set of hands available on your big day to help us capture it and make your day run as smooth as possible. And two sets of eyes is just always better than one!

WE LOVE THE PHOTOS ON YOUR SITE, BUT CAN WE SEE A FULL WEDDING GALLERY?

DO YOU SHOOT WITH FILM CAMERAS AS WELL?

If that’s what you prefer! We shoot film weddings through Be Light Fine Art Photography because we love both mediums and couldn't choose just one. When you’re inquiring just make sure you specify you're interested in film or fill out the contact form on our Fine Art site.
