"Sometimes I forget why I do what I do but days like this one are like gentle nudges from The Lord that always remind me. It's not about the dress, the flowers, the food, or even the photos- it's all about Jesus. Marriage is a celebration for Him and a commitmment to strive to look more like Him by giving yourself up for another. Lauren and Russell's wedding day reminded of this. They were completely wrapped up in all that Jesus has done for them and all that they will do for eachother. Through it all their eyes remained on the promise Jesus made to them and I know that throughout their days as husband and wife they will always keep their eyes focused on the promise that they made to eachother on this day.
